Ages: Girls & Boys, U15-18 (Grades 9-12)

What does the Top Talent Spring season look like:

• 2 Practices a week

• 5-6 tournaments (Victoria, lower mainland, Kelowna and Calgary). Exact Tournament Schedule TBA

• Athletes will have the option to participate in a strength and conditioning program which includes a comprehensive program to follow during the season as well as a team lift once a week.

Tryout Schedule:

All tryouts will take place at GNS (Pemberton Woods Campus)

U15 Boys: Monday, March 30, 6-7:30pm

U16 Boys: Wednesday, April 1, 6-7:30pm

U17 Boys: Monday, March 30, 7:30-9:00pm

U18 Boys: Wednesday, April 1, 7:30- 9:00pm

U15/16 Girls: Tuesday, March 31, 6-7:30pm

U17/18 Girls: Tuesday, March 31, 7:30- 9:00pm
